Yemi Alade is one of those artists who has been known to have exceptional style and it doesn’t matter if she’s busting out some moves on a stage, walking down the red carpet or simply stepping out like she did in Paris. The Mama Africa singer who is currently in Paris for a musical show chose an ultra-voluminous Ankara dungaree with a white camisole top and a black bomber jacket, adding a matching headwrap and chokers necklace for the chic and perfect finishing touches. “We can totally see the singer representing Africa,” we thought. After all, her look epitomizes the true nature of Mama Africa — from the dungaree that looks like maxi skirt, the chokers and the headwrap, everything screams the words ‘African Beauty.’
It’s not the first time we’ve spotted the singer in a chic outfit but this particular one worth stealing. Not only will the look make for a chic after-work and weekend uniform, the dungaree can be worn in different ways as demonstrated by the singer.
