As a civilian, wearing camouflage prints in Nigeria is basically an offence because, according to Nigerian army, there is a law which prohibits all civilians from donning the Army camouflage. But whether it belongs to the army or police, this is fashion and there are no set rules — everyone has the prerogative to wear whatever they wish and how they chose to wear it.
