We like to think Toke Makinwa who is currently promoting her book On Becoming in South Africa is also having a fashion marathon. On her first day of her arrival, she was snapped in a beautiful mini dress — the silhouette she relies on wearing on a day dedicated to showing some legs. Although she quickly changed to something cozy, we kind of make her latest outfit our favorite.

Looking amazing with her wavy bob haircut, Toke stepped out wearing an embellished bodice gown with thigh-high slit designed by Orapeleng Modutle — a Pretoria-based label responsible for a multitude of red-carpet dresses Bonang Matheba had worn before. Toke then opted for minimal accessories and completed the look with her trusty gold strappy heels, leaving the dress to steal the spotlight.
