Yesterday (November 26, 2025), the Nigerian actress reminded her fans that some love stories are worth waiting for. Three years after walking down the aisle of a 900-year-old English abbey, the Nollywood icon marked her third wedding anniversary with Fidelis Anosike.
She shared a video that sent fans into overdrive with a stunning overview of the ceremony—from when she had her face beat, during her bridal shower, to when she walked the aisle and said ‘I do’ to the love of her life.“On a cold winter morning on the 26th of November 2022,” Dominic captioned the post shared on her Instagram while wishing a ‘happy anniversary’ to her union with the publisher husband. She wore a dreamy, sleeveless wedding gown with a larger-than-life train that swept the floor as she walked. Anosike, on the other hand, kept things dapper in a greyish and white tuxedo while topping off the look with a long, brown coat.
The journey to “Mrs Anosike” began long before the London vows. In April 2022, Rita returned to her roots in Aboh Mbaise, Imo State, for a resplendent traditional marriage ceremony that celebrated every shade of Igbo cultural grandeur.
For the occasion, Dominic wore a beautiful traditional wedding attire, featuring a light blue bodice crafted with a sheer corset, which she teamed with a matching skirt. The look was tied together with a pile of chunky coral beads adorning her waist and her sleek, pulled-back hairstyle. Her beauty game was on fleek as the Nigerian actress opted for a full-on makeup, traffic-stopping lashes, embodying a modern African bride of our time.
