Handbags are not only a fashion staple to complement the dress, but a piece of accessory where we keep our closest personal items (such as makeup kit, phone, money, for example) for wherever the life takes us to. In fact, to leave without the handbag is practically impossible for a woman. But when it comes to Rihanna, our fashionista superwoman, that seems to be in the opposite direction: she can literally do without a bag or if worst comes to worst, she keeps the ball rolling in the tiniest handbag possible.
The 31-year-old singer was photographed yesterday touching down JFK airport following her upcoming Savage & Fenty fashion show at the New York Fashion Week Spring 2020. While you’d expect to see the fashion and beauty entrepreneur in her carryall, RiRi, full of surprises was seen carrying this super tiny taxi-print handbag by Delvaux. If you take a closer look, the bag can barely fit an iPhone or her passport, which of course, have had people pondering what could be inside.
Whilst we can always trust the singer to provide us with covetable looks, here she looked impossibly chic, donning a black sleeveless hoodie, sweat pants, pointed-toe heels, complete with a pair of sunglasses.
The micro bag came into the limelight last February when a French brand, Jacquemus made its debut during Paris Fashion Week. And Rihanna is proving here that truly, ‘less is more.’
