It Turns Out Omoni Oboli’s Secret To Looking Youthful Is Not Only Her Fashion Choice, But Exercising

 

Whenever we see Omoni Oboli steps out — whether off-duty or one of those red carpet events, we start to feel inspired. Not only does she slips into different variation of mini skirts with covetable sneakers and sometimes little dresses that for sure brings out her youthful glow. She could walk onto the red carpet in a clingy dress and everyone would think she’s the youngest in the house. Isn’t it surprising and inspiring that this woman that emits an inimitable glow and youthfulness is a 38-year-old with 3 children?

Well, it’s all too obvious that she has a secret no one ever told you. Just like Kate Henshaw (have you not been seeing her pics?) who lives in the the gym morning & night, Omoni Oboli participates in a 30mins run/walk alongside squats and planks on the regular to keep her body in the right shape. According to a study published in 2014exercising can make the skin appear up to FORTY years younger. And you could see the prove in Omoni, right?

When we stumbled upon the actress Instagram page, all we saw was a lookalike 20-something year-old single lady clad in the chicest workout clothes. She captioned the first image “Back on my exercise grind! 👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽. #TheFirstLady loves nature! All that green…my walk/run was so refreshing, she said. And the second,  “#TheFirstLady‘s exercise swag 😜👊🏽 Had a 30mins run/walk today with squats and planks afterwards.” One look at Omoni is a clear indication that her workout routine is paying off and we just can’t wait to see her next red carpet fashion.
