It’s no news that the first lady of the United State of America, Michelle Obama has been initiated into the fashion-forward gang far back in the days. And when compared to other women in her level, she’s more step higher when it comes to fashion and style sense.
The gown she wore on Friday night at the state dinner in honor of Chinese president Xi Jinping, which was hosted in the white house was nothing but perfectly beyond over-the-top. Not only was the first lady wore a pretty dress, but she teamed up with Mark Zuckerberg’s pregnant wife Priscilla Chan to steal the show.
The first lady wore a black off-the-shoulder mermaid gown by Vera Wang with tulle sleeves and a V-shaped neckline. Her hair was swept one sided, and with her glamorous makeup, we can instantly see the American president daydreaming.
As designer Wang wrote on Twitter: “It is such a privilege, as an American of Chinese heritage, to have dressed First Lady @MichelleObama for this state dinner.” And we say you did well!
