Though this isn’t the first time the 19-year-old is making such an eye-catching statement — we’ve seen her turning heads in an ultra skimpy outfit or freeing the nipples for her social media fans, so we’re not completely surprised.
For the night’s event, the beauty entrepreneur opted for a revealing number from Balmain’s Resort 2017 collection. The dress which is lavishly frilled appeard to be separated but amazingly, it’s cojoined by mesh panels. Featuring a cropped bodice and high-waisted skirt, Kylie showed off plenty amount of her midriff while the skirt featured a massive cutout that gave off an eyeful of her bum.
