Hailey Bieber is a model and she’s mastered the art of wearing anything — be it making an oversized jacket looks cool, going pantless like no one else, or wearing a slouchy dress in the chicest possible way.
The model was photographed pounding the pavements of New York City and looking chic as ever in the tiniest little black dress we’ve ever seen. Hailey wore the 16Arlington buckle-detail minidress, a strapless micro creation from the London-based brand, which she accessorized with a small purse and sky-high heels in the matching hue.

The young model added a pair of statement rectangular shades to complete the outfit and protect her eyes as she strode through the busy streets of New York City. Despite the small size of the dress, the overall look was one that oozed glamour. Hailey Bieber completely nailed the theme of looking understatedly polished, and the little black dress was exactly what she needed to up her costume game.

Bieber is no stranger when it comes to pushing her boundary. And just last week, the model transformed herself into a mermaid with just the beach sand. In the photo shared to her Instagram to promote her Rhode skincare, the 26-year-old could be seen lounging on the beach and wearing a bikini top while some part of her body is covered with a heap of sand created to give the illusion of a typical mermaid tail.
