Since Beyonce kickstarted the Renaissance World Tour in May, every show is bound to deliver an array of breathtaking fashion moments. The tour which started in Stockholm, Sweden, is currently in the final legs in North America, and Beyonce continues to celebrate her individuality in looks that will ring in our fashion memories for the rest of our lives.
On Wednesday, July 26, the superstar singer gave Detroit residents the performance of the century at the domed Ford Field stadium, alongside her daughter Blue Ivy. Bey shared some of the looks from the show on Instagram last night, where she dazzled in a golden gown.
The star of the ensemble is an understated, shimmering sheer gown with a gathered waist design that created a meticulous hoodie. Underneath the hoodie was her signature brown locks that kept the beautiful confection on par. Bey accessorized the see-through fishnet dress with a coordinated gold necklace, earrings, and a pair of barely-there sandals with golden heels. She wore full-face makeup with a nude lip to complement the look.
Beyonce has had a busy month so far with the tour rehearsals, especially having to rehearse with her 11-year-old daughter, but this is by far her best music tour to date. She also shared another look from the show but this time, a custom Louis Vuitton bodysuit created by Pharell Williams for the “My Power” singer and her daughter. The custom piece featured the French luxury brand’s signature Damier check rendered in crystals, which the house released the sketch work on Thursday.
“Pharrell Williams also created a series of custom Damier looks with crystal details for Blue Ivy and the dancers,” the French fashion powerhouse said in a statement, referring to Blu Ivy who later joined her mother on stage.
In a video shared by the Twitter user @beyondty who attended the show, Bey and Blue, including her dancers could be seen decked out in the custom pieces. The video also captured Jay-Z beaming at his family from the crowd.

However, Beyonce is no doubt a proud mother of her 11-year-old firstborn who has been adding more interest to the tour shows, but the grandmother is even prouder. Speaking about her performance, Blue’s grandmother Tina Knowles-Lawson told People, “She’s having the time of her life, and I couldn’t be more proud of her because she really worked hard,” adding that, “she is 11 years old, and she had one week to prepare, and she’s just getting better and better. So I’m the proud grandma, always.”
