Following the launch of her groundbreaking, internet-shaking Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation in 2017, it seems like something was missing in the formula for those Fenty Beauty fans who suffer from dry skin. But we can always rely on Rihanna to always have our back — at least that’s how the multifaceted singer is making us feel!
As the brand pointed out on its official Instagram account, Rihanna couldn’t overlook the Fenty Beauties with dry skin, hence the launch of the new foundation. “Y’all know @badgalriri had to look out for the Fenty Beauties with dry skin!” the brand wrote. “It was important for #Rihanna to develop the perfect formula to keep you fly without the dry in a flawless natural finish.
The new Fenty Beauty’s Pro Filt’r Hydrating Foundation comes in 50 shades and it’s equipped with an all-new formula that’s perfect for normal to dry skin types, which guarantees to deliver long-wear hydration in a natural finish. According to the brand, “This natural finish formula delivers hydration in medium to full coverage that keeps skin looking like skin!
The brand is also releasing a hydrating primer to complement the new pro filt’r hydrating foundation, as well as a Kabuki-Buff foundation brush, which the brand says that it “seamlessly buffs and blends” the new foundation.
Although Fenty Beauty is yet to officially release the prices for the new products, some reports are claiming the pro soft matte foundation will go for $35, and PRO Filt’r Hydrating Primer at $32, while the Kabuki-Buff foundation brush 115 will be $36. Meanwhile, all of the above is set to drop on 15th August.
