Alicia Keys continues to inspire us with self-acceptance but this time around, on the cover of Elle Brazil latest issue. Appearing on four covers of the magazine entirely dedicated to her, Alicia is pictured here looking amazing while donning her brand new multicolored braids with no drop of makeup. The most inspiring part? Each cover of the stunning shoot is accompanied with words of courage such as, ‘Be Strong,’ ‘Be Cool,’ ‘Be Real,’ and ‘Be Yourself.’
Instagram/aliciakeys The 15-time Grammy winner shared the news on her Instagram page, captioning one of the images with a thank you message. “Thank you @ellebrasil for capturing my true colors. Can’t wait to come to Rio and feel all that magnificent energy,” she wrote.
Keys was at the forefront of the #NoMakeup movement over a year ago, after announcing she’d no longer cover herself again and since then the R&B superstar has been wearing an extremely no-makeup look, be it on the red carpet or in her music videos.
