The 2020 mother’s day is an important one for Kim Kardashian as she has partnered with her mother Kris Jenner to launch a new KKW fragrance to celebrate mothers. Having collaborated with other members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan (ie Kylie, Khloe, and Kourtney) on fragrances in the past year, it’s not very surprising to see Kim tapping the momager this time around.
Described as “timeless” and inspired by the “unconditional love between mother and daughter,” the KKW x KRIS perfume comes in a woody, white floral scent with the freshness of freesia, creamy white gardenia, and tuberose at the heart, and according to Kim, it smells “exactly like” Jenner who “always smells amazing.”
“Creating a fragrance together with Kim in time for Mother’s Day was magical! We’ve talked about doing this for years, so to see our shared vision come to life has been amazing,” the momager said in a statement. “Kim and I have similar tastes which makes working together a dream; we both wanted a classic, ageless scent that is beautiful and empowering for anyone who wears it and I think this fragrance perfectly embodies that.”
Photo: KKW Fragrance Launching on the 15th of April in a sale that will last through 5th May, Kim noted that 20% of the profits will be donated to the families and children affected by the COVID-19 crisis through the Blessings in a Backpack, ‘an organization that provides food on the weekends for children across America who might otherwise go hungry.’
The KKW x Kris fragrance will be available for purchase on KKWfragrance.com with a price tag of $40.
