If you’ve been paying close attention to Omotola Jalade’s ‘gram page in the past three days, you’d notice the actress has been teasing about her new hair, leaving everyone on tenterhooks to see what she was cooking. First, she posted her picture wearing half-done braids with the caption: “I’m debuting this hair ( unfinished ) for #shadowparties… you like? Watch out for the finished look.”
As much as we are used to celebrity frequent hair transformation, there’s no denying we were one of those that stuck around to see her complete makeover. And surprise, surprise, the actress has finally revealed the hair today and it’s not what you’d expect. As you can see, she’s embracing the ultimate, on-trend beaded braids wholeheartedly:

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again — braids adorned with beads or cowries are the latest thing going on in the hair department right now and it’s been around for a couple of months. So, now that the actress has given her nod of approval, expect to see the trend explode like wildfire.
