Kim Kardashian’s Skims Just Launched Shapewear For Your Face

Kim Kardashian has always been a trendsetter, blurring the lines between fashion and beauty.

Following her stunning appearance at Demna’s final couture show for Balenciaga where she channeled a modern-day Elizabeth Taylor adorned in a luxurious faux-fur coat, Kardashian continues to push the boundaries of style with her latest innovation, having launched a groundbreaking product from her shapewear brand, Skims—a sculpting face wrap.

The new Seamless Sculpt Face Wrap, priced at $48, is crafted with “signature sculpting fabric” and fortified with “collagen yarns for ultra-soft jaw support.”

With a chic design available in two earthy tones; clay and cocoa, the product has already flown off the virtual shelves, selling out soon after its launch.

The wrap has sparked interest not only for its aesthetic but also for its functional resemblance to post-operative wraps used by patients recovering from cosmetic procedures such as facelifts.

The Sculpt Face Wrap reflects a growing trend within the beauty and wellness community. Resembling the compression garments that have gained popularity on platforms like TikTok, where many enthusiasts wear them while sleeping for supposed “jaw slimming” effects—the wrap aligns with the norms of modern beauty culture.

The product also taps into the viral “morning shed” phenomenon, where social media users reveal their nighttime beauty routines, which include mouth tape, overnight collagen masks, and sculpting chin straps designed for rejuvenation.

Since its inception just six years ago, Skims has managed to carve out a unique niche in the competitive world of shapewear. Co-founded by Jens and Emma Grede alongside Kim Kardashian, the brand has achieved significant milestones, boasting a staggering $4 billion valuation and the opening of a flagship store on Manhattan’s iconic 5th Avenue.

This latest venture into facial shapewear seems poised to further solidify Skims’ place as a frontrunner in the ever-evolving dialogue of fashion and body positivity.
