The Duchess of Cambridge attended the Fostering Excellence Awards in London last night, and she chose a sophisticated royal blue dress for the occasion. Middleton continues to show that she can pull off traditional, ladylike designs and modern ones in the same breath. We’re particular enamored by her signature outfit formula: the black belt, classic court heels and her favourite Mulberry clutch bag that added an extra elegance to the eye-catching outfit.
