Immediately Melania Trump showed up in a clean-cut, baby blue Ralph Lauren coat dress with matching heels and subsequently slipped into an ethereal off-the-shoulder white crepe column that featured a high slit and thin burgundy ribbon at the waist during her inauguration ball in January, the fashion-pack knew there was another fashion girl in town. Fast forward it to September, the FLOTUS has been stepping out in an array of amazing couture outfits and her recent one is no exception.
The first lady made her first United Nations’ appearance yesterday, where she delivered an anti-bullying speech to other world leaders. As she aptly puts it: “The most important and joyous role I ever had was to be a mother to my young son,” Melania told the crowd. “And what could possibly be a more essential focus in everyone’s life than that of loving, educating, and bringing up our next generation to be happy, productive, and morally responsible adults?”
The FLOTUS kept the speech going for about seven minutes adding that, “kindness, mindfulness, integrity, and leadership, which can only be taught by example.” But in as much as the speech was capable of arousing attention, her outfit was a serious talking point. Onlookers and the Twittersphere were immediately sent into a veritable melt-down.
Melania wore an eye-catching fuchsia pink dress plucked from Delpozo Pre-Fall ’17 collection, which she completed with matching heels. From the bright color to billowing sleeves and knee-length that was perfect for the occasion, this is one dress to impress and she did just that effortlessly.
